really enjoyed an electric kettle, air conditioning, and an electronic key card in the room. all the staff was nice and kind, resolved my issues.

My 2 nights in Mecca were REALLY COMFORTABLE. Booked wheelchair accessible room with WiFi, which I really appreciated. There were coffee & tea making facilities and refrigerators.

The shuttle pick-up from the hotel was convenient and the supermarket and shopping area nearby were easily accessible. The lobby was spacious and the car parking was ample. for the price, it was a good option.

Despite these drawbacks, the hotel's proximity to Haram, being only a 10-12 minute walk away, was a plus. The overall cleanliness of the common areas and the availability of lifts were also commendable.

We had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel! The staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction. They were always cooperative and willing to assist with any request we had. One of the highlights of this place was the convenience of having a mosque located inside the building. It was so convenient to be able to pray without having to leave the hotel. Another great feature was the free local Makkah bus service that was available right at the hotel doorstep. This made it incredibly easy for us to reach the Haram and attend prayers.

In terms of negatives, this hotel is not near to the al Haram. However, they do provide a free shuttle service that transports guests to and from the Haram, which helps to mitigate this issue.

The transportation to the main attraction was sometimes crowded and limited, and more buses would have been helpful. Some guests reported difficulties with communication with the staff, who would sometimes pretend not to speak the local language, leading to frustrations in getting assistance.
